Here at Dive Life we don’t just sell certificates, we train you to be the best that you can be. This is why we include 1 pool training, 2 dives in the Caribbean sea, 2 dives in the world famous cenotes, 1 adventure dive and the peak performance buoyancy specialty. A total of 6 dives including cenotes!

Details

This package not only allows you to experience Mexico’s beautiful marine life but also teaches you the fundamentals behind diving.

The first day is in confined water where you will learn all the knowledge, skills and equipment needed to be a great open water diver. After mastering your skills in the confined water you will take them to new depths as you dive down to see some of the Caribbean’s best reefs. After getting a taste of the beautiful marine life here in playa you will head inland on day 2 to the magical cenotes where you will complete your open water course. On day 3 you’ll earn the peak performance buoyancy specialty. After all your training you will be rewarded with an additional fun adventure dive of your choice.

Considerations

We will give you everything need to have fun underwater, except your personal bathing suit.

During the open water package you will do 5 dives with your Instructor.

The schedule could be different based on the location but we usually meet at the dive shop half an hour before the boat depart to try the equipment see a video and listen the briefing then in shallow water you are going to practice some skills and in a ratio of a maximum of two divers per professional the adventure begins…

Prerequisites

Being comfortable in the water and have good swimming ability.
Be at least 10 years old
Be in reasonably good health
Complete the Open Water Releases and Medical Questionnaire (PDF)
A ‘Yes’ Response on the previous Medical Questionnaire will require you and your physician to complete and sign the PADI Medical Statement Form (PDF) stating that you are fit to dive. This is ONLY needed if you have a ‘Yes’ response to any of the medical questions on the Medical Questionnaire.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow you into the water, for either program, until the proper documents have been completed, signed and presented to your instructor.
